Hello, I've got MB Supermicro M11SDV-8C-LN4F and have such problem. when all DIMMs (4 slots) populated MB can pass Memtest and SuperDiag Tests (Supermicro tool), but I can't install OS, I've tried ESXi and Linux - boot loop - installer starts and then reboot... When Im using 1-2-3 slots populated I can install OS and run it without any problems, I also tried to replace DIMMs. When I've added 4th module - again boot loop or error (screenshot attached).
Maybe someone already got similar issue and resolved it?

use memtest86 with ECC polling on.
afaik with 4 modules interleaving enables all memory spread over all 4 modules.
means with 4 modules it is not important in which slot the defective(ecc multi bit errors) DIMM is populated.
with only 3 modules the defective area is (probably) at the end of the memory space.

I think I've found solution - set Memory Freq Manually.. testing right now...
In MB manual I found next - if 4 Slots populated - Memore Freq - 1866Mhz, but I can see - 2133MHz during performing Tests, I set manually - 1866MHz, and I can install ESXi and run Hypervisor, now checking everything
PS SuperMicro support suggested me to return MB and get new one
