I found this one on ebay earlier this morning. It looks like a 2U twin2 with dual opteron 6100's per node. The kicker is 8 DIMMs/ CPU so thesy can take 16 DIMMs per node.

That is the only one I could find but it lists 12x 1TB drives and 48GB RAM/ node with 6174's and redundant 80+ golds. $1900.
I suppose I'd rather have X5650's from compute but its a cheap way to get lots of RAM in a system and opteron 6000 series are cheap.
