Suggestions for CacheCade drives?

Rebuilding my arrays, yay!. Anyway, I had a pair of 160GB Intel 320s sitting idle and used that for my original CC config. One of the pair just died and am trying to decide what to do. Another Intel 320 or a pair of something else? If a new pair, how big and what kind, etc. I would like to be under $350 - $400. I have lots of ports free so could do 4 drives as well, not sure if it is worth it.

The server is used mostly for NFS to my VMware machines, SMB to desktops, some local compute, etc.

Won't you get warranty? If so I would put it aside as investing in more 320 at this point doesn't make much sense to me

Ah, totally forgot about the warranty. Appears that I have till 2015 so that works. Thanks for reminding me. It's become habit these days to just go get new. Sigh.

The new samsung 850's have an amazing warranty... never had to use it either!

TLC doesnt have the best write IO, depends on your setup/demands
