Suggest Datacenter SSD?

Mostly looking for 240gb ssd's that will be used in client's servers in s/w or h/w raid1, would be nice to get up to 0.5Ptb of endurance.
Also looking for 480gb and 800-1Tb ssd's that will be used for VM's, we're looking for 1-1.5Ptb of endurance.

Can someone suggest good ssd's with price/endurance?

The Intel S3710 line would be my pick: the 200GB device has 3pB of endurance. And capacities go from there:

You do say enterprise but are your looking for SAS or SATA ? If SATA can also look at the Samsung sm863/pm863 and newer, not as fast but reasonable endurance and cheap.

Price, as low as it can get, not speaking about samsung evo or any other consumer grade ssd. Mostly we use Samsung and Intel, but mby there are other brands that offer such kind of endurance?

Sure there are.. HGST, Toshiba, Sandisk being a few larger names in the enterprise SSD space.

White box servers or generic sata/SAS Controllers or branded servers like HP, Dell, etc. Will also make a difference what to recommend.

Agreed I would not be using any consumer grade SSD, especially when the server grade ones are not always that much more expensive.
