I have had a S2600CP2J board from natex in one of my servers. I picked up a S2600CP4 this week and I noticed the bios is MUCH faster to navigate in. My CP2J has a lot of lag the CP4 doesn't. Not sure why though.
For giggles also ran Cinebench and CPU-Z Benchmark on them both with the same setup a fresh windows 10 install, 32GB ram, E5-2665 V1 (c2) only difference is the board. I ran each benchmark 3 times and averaged the score.

Looks like the C602 (non J) chip boards are a bit faster single core and very slightly faster multi core.
