I would be negatively surprised if this stays 24hrs here. The rack alone + rails + x + y + z.
well this is all great deal but I got my Quanta D51B-2u less than $240 with rails and all trays, and yes SM is better than quanta but so far I had no issues with it. I have no idea why such deals are not happening anymore 
But yes if you are in the market for a LGA 2011-3 server, this is a good deal.
