Is this compatible with X10 motherboard?

Not completely sure if there are some variants that 'maybe' support it but I am fairly certain SM X10 series mobo's w/ v3/v4 processors and beyond went to DDR4.

I do see this w/ a bit of research but not sure how widely deployed it was 'integrated memory controller (IMC), supporting both DDR3 and DDR4'...think that was a cpu feature in some corner cases.

My vote, if in doubt, look up on SM's website for explicit board you are thinking abt/have in mind.

X9 only, x10 for Xeon E5 v3/v4 you need DDR4
