Slow Internet in esxi VMs

I cannot figure this out. I have a esxi all in one (esxi 5.1) and every VM I have tried with doing internet bandwidth speedtests (speedof.me for example) shows just under 13 Mbps . Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu. Same test on other wired systems using the same hardware switch as the esxi server is using get 85 Mbps. Wireless test gives about 13 Mbps.

Comcast is my ISP, Router is Asus RT-AC68 router with latest Merlin firmware (tried w/ older version as well).

In the network setup for esxi I have 2 virtual switches. One with the VM Network and Management Network with 2 physical adapters (intel's) and another virtual for the storage and no attached networks.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Ubuntu one is a VMXNET3. The Windows 8.1 I have tried all 3 (one at a time).

Figured it out. Somehow the QOS got enabled in the router. Not sure why it was limiting this box to 13 Mbps.
