Hmmm...it's an interesting little network appliance, and for the price demanded stateside (I am seeing about 40-50 USD each on evilBay) it's a bargain.
I guess if you have a few desktop DDR4 DIMMs and SATA M2 drives sitting around doing nothing, this will be a nice router, as it's like a more efficient HP t730 thin client with a quad-port 1GbE card installed.
A good question to ask is whether the unit can accept 32GB DDR4 desktop DIMMs or not (since that will allow it to go to 64GB max, rather than the rather expensive and rare 2x16GB DDR3 SODIMMs of the t730). Given that it's Goldmont core based (so it's older than the Goldmont-Plus/Gemini Lake J4125/5005 found on the Wyse 5070 thin clients), don't expect it to be a speed demon.
