HI I just bought this mobo ASRock Rack > D2143D8UM and i need to choose mezzazine card 10GB copper or /sfp + (https://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-mcb-10g-2s-10gbe-sfpplus-ocp-network-mezzanine-card , https://www.scan.co.uk/products/2-p...ork-mezzanine-card-pci-e-3-x8-10gbe-pxe-iscsi)
I got 2 Switches Netgear S3300 and xs716t It would be good ide to get sfp card and connect this with my both switches as they got sfp + with this cables Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU3M SFP+ Copper 37-0961-03 Twinaxial 10GB Cable 3M Genuine 6935409614173 | eBay or just better go with copper?

As no one else has chimed in already, here's my 2 cents.

Whether you should go SFP+ or RJ45 10G is one of those things where the answer is "it depends", mostly on what hardware you already have, cabling lengths and amount of money you have to spend. I think the general consensus here is that SFP+ is superior (lower power consumption and cheap used hardware).

With regards to the motherboard and the mezzanine cards, i'd suggest talking with the reseller that sold you the motherboard, the manual suggests that Asrock makes PHY mezzanine cards (though the details are few), those might be cheaper. Additionally the reseller might also be able to confirm that the Asus mezzanine cards work.
