SFP 1Gb 1000Base-T modules known to work in Mikrotik

Hello, folks. I have a Mikrotik CRS317 with 16 SFP+ cages. I have stuff for the 10G connection I need to make, but there are several 1G ethernet devices I need to hook to it as well. I've tried a couple of SFP modules, but while there is information in Webfig that the module is present, it will not negotiate a link and connect to another device with a known good cable.

Can anyone recommend 1000Base-T modules known to work?

Try 10gtek or FS ones. Just tell them what you are using.

Perhaps the Mikrotik S-RJ01 is a good choice, it isn't terribly expensive either.

Of course if you need more than a few, it may be cheaper to buy one of their 1G switches with 10G uplinks like the CSS/CRS326, but I'm sure you thought about that

On another note, have you tried updating the firmware of the device?
If you are really lucky, that *may* solve your problem.
