wow... i'm a big fan of Seasonic from the consumer space. my 1st seasonic PSU completely changed my mind about PSUs. up until that time, i'd never seen a PC PSU product that was so well packaged and obviously produced by people who were proud of what they were doing. great to see them in the server space..

I think I have that chassis with a Supermicro C2758 Atom and the PSU is near silent. This thing:

Supermicro | Products | SuperServers | 1U | 5018A-FTN4

Maybe it is louder with different CPU and higher load, but that Atom box is whisper silent.
