"These drives have been previously used and could have minor signs of cosmetic wear"
Doesn't look like these are new drives.

Read at the bottom: "These drives have been previously used and could have minor signs of cosmetic wear, but are fully functional and confirmed to be at 100% Health."
Oh I missed that. Not so good deal then.

Yep, they are sold by 'New'. Shady...is the site even legit?

I bought from them before when they had promotion. Ordered 3 x 1TB Drive and wanted them to be HGST. They did not have them so they sent me 3 x 3TBs. Email correspondance was good as well. Their 3TB drives could be older though from 2013, but SMART says they have good health.

IMHO, that is not a good price for a used drive, regardless who the seller is. Even without any deal hunting these can be obtained brand new for ~$70.
