Looking for just some start up help from the community. Recently purchased a s2600CP with dual xeons and 32 gigs of RAM.

Noticed my 4 pin fans aren't going to fit in the 5 pin ports will this work?
5pin to 4pin Computer Fan Connector Adapter Convertion Extension Cable For Del

I have an SSD I'm going to put the os on. This should go in the white sata 0 port right?

After getting the SSD detected, what is the sequence to boot off a USB stick (function key) to install the os?

Have you checked whether the fans work? IIRC, some of the Intel P4000M series chassis are 5 pin and some are 4 pins. They both are compatible with s2600cp#j MBs
AFAIK the fifth pin is optional.
Not sure of the cable you linked but Dell & HP can be non standard.

Awesome I'll see if the 4 pin will work. Also, if I just want to install the OS on a ssd drive. It just has to be in the white sata0 right?
