My Supermicro motherboard has 6x SATA 3.0 using the standard connector.
And have 4 mores using a S-SATA vertical connector regarding the manual.

Do you know more about theses connectors, can have breakout cables to have standard SATA connector ?

The manual say "SATA 3.0 vertical connector w/4-SATA connections supported by Intel SCU"

I didn't find much info about it.

Mentioning the name of the motherboard might make things easier for us ;)

But it looks like a standard 8087 connector, if so, to connect directly to drives you'll probably want an 8087 -> 4xSATA forward breakout cable.
