Hi all,
I recently took a gamble on a "broken" Ruckus R510 on eBay for really cheap. It looked like it was still new-in-box, with literally just the word "broken" written in sharpie on the box, so I figured it was worth a gamble. My goal is to load Unleashed on it and install it at my parents' house the next time I visit (along with a new pfSense/OPNSense router).
The unit seems to power on ok, and I was able to flash the latest Unleashed firmware onto it. But I'm seeing some odd behavior.
I have not tried:
I can provide more detail later tonight...I just wanted to get the ball rolling on this to see if anyone has any suggestions for me to look at next. Any advice is appreciated (even if it's just "yeah, it's dead"). Thanks!

- Both network ports seem to only want to link at 100 Mbps (need to confirm with another laptop and network cable, though)
- The first couple of times after flashing unleashed and then doing a factory reset and going through the setup wizard, it would then not let me log in to the web UI with the username and password I set (ssh access with those credentials works, though)
- Does not broadcast the SSID I set up in the wizard, just the default Configure.Me-XXXXXX SSID
- Reflashing with Unleashed
- Multiple resets with holding downthe reset button
- Factory reset using the CLI
I have not tried:
- New network cable/computer
- Adopting into my own Unleashed network (a couple of R710 units)
