Quiet 12+ port 10G switch?

Tech's come a ways since I last made a networking upgrade. I haven't been keeping track of it. Has anyone made a 12+ port 10 gig switch in the last few years that's actually quiet? SFP+ or 10GbE works. New, used, modified... Whatever, as long as it's stable.

possibly take a look at the Netgear xs716T. I have the XS708T version and while you can hear the fan running it is quiet enough that i dont mind having it running in the bedroom with me. I believe they are rated as being around 27-29db for noise

New ubuiquity seems to be quiet. Build quality on the first batches havent been a homerun though - @Patrick has done a post on it..

I ordered one of the new Ubiquti US-16-XG switches, that should be quiet.
