quick sync with c232 and c242

I know that Intel's c232 and c242 chipsets don't support cpus with igpu but is it possible to access the hardware acceleration (quick sync) for transcoding anyway?

There were cases of C236 Motherboards where the IGP was completely unusable since they were missing something related to power distribution for it, even though the Chipset supported it. Which means that chances are that on a C232 and C242 they wouldn't even bother to implement that power distribution to begin with...

Thanks! I just read that even some c246 boards, like the supermicro X11scm-f, don't support igpu. So a bit confused as to what board to chose.
