Hi all... I have a simple home NAS running OpenMediaVault. I'm planning on doing some upgrading to the hardware, and found this forum while searching for a chassis. I love this chassis. I do have one problem, and since I don't read Chineese, the manual is not much help. The NAS will have 2, 3.5in storage drives, and the operating system will be hosted on a 2.5in hard drive.

The specs page on the chassis read:

Hot-Swap Drive Bays

2 x 3.5” SATA/SAS

Internal Drive Bays (Optional)

1 x 2.5" Tray

Where it says the internal drive is "optional"... Does this mean I need to order one of the 2.5in trays on their website? If so, is that going to take up one of my 3.5in bays? (which I need both) or is there somewhere internally to mount the drive (either with the tray or without)?

Thanks for your help.

BTW, some of you guys have some pretty insane builds. Certainly way more than I'll ever need in my life time.
