First, I full well know the risks of running ES processors. Full stop.
Now, I'm wondering if Quanta (QuantaGrid) servers work with ES processors? I know most branded (HP, Dell, etc) systems wont, but Supermicro Boards work, and Quanta seems like another Supermicro-like competitor, so I'm wondering if anyone has experience running ES processors inside a Quanta (I have a D51B-1U system). Looking at getting an E5-2630v4, but they're pretty expensive for home use, so if ES chips don't work, I'm probably going to pick up an E5-2630v3.
