Switch is really silent XD
Will do the Video editing this week.

I'm thinking to block the ventilation hole on the side so that the airflow go more in the back?
What do you think?

One thing I noticed that was different:

serviceport parms 192.168.1.20 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1

what I had to use was:

serviceport ip 192.168.1.20 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1

So I setup LACP and it appears to be working. Was curious though 1/1 shows N/A for LACP. Is that right?

Still no luck getting an IP from MNGT ports, but the power cosumptions is 600W what the h**l with only two ports in use?

I've got two of these switches on the way. Has anyone considered trying to get these mounted into an empty 3U or 4U chassis with three 120mm fans in the back and a 1U or 2U panel to cover the space between the switches? I've got an old 4U PC case sitting around... maybe, I'll give it a try

Getting two more adapters tomorrow to move my unRaid servers over to 10Gb.

So far windows server 2012 and my ESXi 6.5 servers are running without issue.

Next question, what is the best model/deal to look for in regard to 2 port cards? Have a situation where I only have one slot.

Anybody knows how to enable management port two? telnet to port 2323 and log in as root; I see eth0 and eth1. eth0 is management port one.
I give eth1 an ip but can only connect to it from management port one jack.

Let me know how loud it is. It is supposed to be36-38dba vs the 50 something dba this switch is. Just not sure it is enough to warrant the difference in cost. It's got half the 10Gb ports, and costs alot more ($600) than what I paid for the used quanta ($170). I am lucky enough to have a utility room with a rack where I keep all my gear.

I paid a lot more for my quanta, but things get a more expensive when it reach the boarders(norway).
I do belive the noise is a bit higher then the 16port 1Gbps ubiquiti i have.
But i do have some cisco and 3Com switches wich do make noise and got it inside racks and own room in the basement.
