Hello dear members! Looking for some advice on replacing an old power supply. Question is ¿should I care for the maximum combined wattage on 3.5v and 5v rails, given the list of components below? Or ¿should I just go for the most efficient psu I can afford? Here are the specs:

-Mobo: Asus p6td Deluxe, lga1366, chipset x58
-CPU: Intel Xeon 5690 3.4Ghz
-GPU: HD Radeon 4670 PCIe 2.0
-RAM: 6 x 8Gb DDR3 (Timetec 1333Mhz non-ECC 1.5v)
-2 x SSD SATA 2.0
-4 x HDD SATA 2.0
-4 x m.2 nvme
-PCIe NVMe controller card, Quad Port (ANM24PE16 Ceacent)
-3 fans

I've found that 3.3v rail is used by M.2 ssd and PCIe cards among others, I don't know if this is correct, hence my question. I appreciate your advice!
