no problem, honestly most supermicro 2u or 3u cases could do what you want with one of their passive coolers and a baffle (that's how the big xeon's get cooled typically)

Typically supermicro just has a plastic plate(but i've made custom ones with thick card stock) that forces the midplane fans and rear case fans to pull air through it
