Omni OS - Dell H310 IT mode only sees half of the drives

After a power outage I installed the the latest napp-it / omnios on esxi 6.7 with 24 disk on a dell H310 IT flashed in passthrough mode.
But only half of the disks are found (c0xxxx drives) - all c3xxxx drives are missing. Strangely enough : under freenas or linux vm's all disks are found and I can import the pool in freenas.
This has me stumped as this worked for years under omnios before. Any ideas please?

Are the disk listed ex in napp-it menu disks or at console with the format command?
Are the disks shown by their WWN ex c0t500.. or by controller identification like c0t0d0
Are the WWN unique?

(Solarish use WWN identification with LSI controllers in IT mode)
