NVIDIA Mellanox MCX512A-ACAT ConnectX®-5 EN Network Interface Card

Hello
I just got a NVIDIA Mellanox MCX512A-ACAT ConnectX®-5 EN Network Interface Card and installed it in a
Dell Percession 3930R (Riser 2) Running windows 10 Pro.

it reports error code 10 in device Manager.

-I have rebooted the system
-Updated the driver
-Updated the Firmware

any idea how to get it out of the code 10?
