Nvidia HGX A100 DS2 amber light

Any one know what this amber light indicates on a A100 HGX GPU board, led DS2. System will not post if the GPU box is connected. If GPU box is pulled out, system will boot with no issues.

Does the card work in another system?

Unfortunately I do not have access to another system to test with.
