nvidia-docker on Ubuntu 16.04 and need to change docker installation method

I just wanted to inform STH members that you cannot use apt install docker.io to install docker for NVidia-docker anymore.

The new NVidia-docker 1.1 requires docker-ce or docker-ee

You can use the wget -qO- https://get.docker.com/ | sh method to install and then install NVidia-docker normally.
