Hello everyone,
I have a new Dell PowerEdge R620 that have 8 SAS drives of 1 Tb each mounted but controller bios doesn't see them. Please, what can i do?

check your firmware level.
on old firmware, Dell forced to not recognized non-dellizer HD...
my suggestion, flash the firmware first...

I'have tried to flash controller bios but it saied controller failed. Or do i have to flash MB Bios?

Do you get to the bios setup to create the raid or not?

Yes , i can acces h710 bios.
