No limit on GPU power per VM?

Ok so just built my first hyper-v server running server 2012 datacenter, Intel Xeon E5-2680 and a HD7990 video card. Everything working just fine but after running some benchmarking on some VM's I notice that the video card is severally limited per vm. When run 3dmark11 for example on a single VM running get score of 4,000 but when run 4 VM's with 3Dmark simultaneously I get a average score of 2,500 per VW. So how can I get that 10,000 score in 1VM and not spread across 4 VM's? Also, I notice video ram per VM is only 320MB out of 6GB. Anybody know how or any idea if its possible to increase GPU power to a VM in hyper v?

What is the guest OS? Renderfarmer or someone else might know more, but I remember that RemoteFX requires Windows8 Enterprise or Windows 2012 as the guest OS in order to properly share GPU resources across VMs.

Nope, Windows 7 SP1 onwards.
