NFS I/O error from ESX for files larger than 1k

Hi all,

I installed omniOS as VM on an ESX 5.1 server with napp-it and after I created a pool (office-01) and a dataset (esx).
The mount from ESX was fine ... but I can only copy files less 1k to that mount and it is impossible to cerate other VMs on the mount. Has somebody an idea what my problem is ...?

ESX:
esxcli storage nfs add -v esx -H <ip> -s /office-01/esx
