Great find!Ubiquiti UACC-CM-RJ45-MG - So I haven't verified anything but judging by the max power usage (1.9w) and max cable length (100m) I'd guess these use the same chipset as the fs.com option for half the price? No idea if they will work with non-ubiquiti equipment though!
Yes, they are highly likely to use the same chipset as the one from FS.com one. It's presumably vendor coded to Ubiquiti, which probably works fine in most equipment that work with generic transceivers. For equipment with vendor locks enforced, you probably still need to buy the FS.com transceivers coded to your particular vendor though.
