Board in question is a Supermicro X10SLV-Q with Windows Server 2012 R2 installed. It has 2 Intel NICs on board. A i217 -V plus a i210AT. The i210 works just fine and the i217 doesn't work at all. I'm not even sure I have the correct driver for it. Nothing I have DL'd, including the original driver CD for this board says anything about a i217 driver. I did find a driver on Lenovo's site that said it was for the i217 and Windows Server 2012 R2 but it didn't work. I'm not getting any error messages, it just doesn't install the driver for the i217. I also found this -

Enable the Intel I217-V NIC in Windows Server 2012 - IVOBEERENS.nl

But it didn't work either. So at this point I don't know if I have the correct driver or if my problem lies elsewhere.

Any help greatly appreciated.
