Need help: looking for SBR for LSI SAS2308 Rev B0 (9205-8e, or H221 with Rev B0)

I'm looking for a copy of the SBR for a LSI SAS2308 Revision B0 SAS controller. This is the SAS2308 which only supports PCIe 2.0 (instead of PCIe 3.0), so it has revision "B0" instead of "D1". If you have such a card, I would appreciate it if you can run the following tool in DOS (FreeDOS):

megarec -readsbr 0 2308_B0.SBR

and provide me the file.
