MS SQL Architecture

Thought I would check with the brain trust here on an issue I am trying to solve since the software provider provides no requirements or recommendations around HA or Failover.

Requirements:
MS SQL 2012 Enterprise
HA Locally within the Datacenter
Failover between Datacenters (UK & Germany)
Servers are Windows VMs on Vblock
No shared storage for Windows clustering
Latency between DCs is 50ms

look at Availability Groups with in SQL 2012.

make sure that your SQL connectivity strings have the multiple subnet option turned on.

you can do that all with that one feature.
