Windows Server 2019
2 x SSD M.2 NVME with 2 x PCIe Adaptor ( Storage Spaces Mirror)

Yesterday I noticed that one of the SSD's is not detected even after restarting the server. I moved the problematic SSD to a PC and it showed up with not problems, the SMART is ok and with Data on it from 2 weekes ago, I checked the Date Modified.
I then removed the main partition and the 15MB SS partition from the "bad" SSD so that Storage Spaces will detect it as empty and rebuild.
After booting into WS Storages Spaces it detected all the SSD's but the good SSD now has a warning with Split Condition and in Disk Management I have a RAW empty partition...
I recreated the POOL and recovered from backup.

What I want to know is why this happened, what did I do wrong ? Its like it rebuilded from the empty SSD.
