Minisforum ms01 no display/no post

Hi there

I got the unit yesterday, as the title suggests, after installing ram and ssd, I don’t have any display. Ram(kingston Fury Impact 64GB (2x32GB) 5600MT/s DDR5 CL40) installed is compatible with the computer.
i have done the following to resolve the issue without any success
1. Install the ram in different order
2. Clear CMOS
3. Turn on the computer and keep it running for a while(6 hours) - minisforum support suggested it

Anyone here has faced similar issue?

Are u install any PCIE card?
If has, remove and test it.
You can remove your SSD. and your RAM. and try ONLY WITH one RAM in a different solt. and TEST it try is it can enter to BIOS.
HDMI may have compatibility problem, Try use DP monitor.

Hdmi did not work on mine with my current TV, usb-c/tb-adapter worked.

I have no PCIE card, I had a fault brand new RAM, had to change the module, it looks good for now.
