Anyone know the latest version of FW for these? I'm logged into the Micron site, and they only have 9300 and newer firmware available.

You can try to download Micron's Storage Executive Software to update their enterprise drives' firmware.
I uses some Micron 5100 SSDs. Previously I used this software to update without problems. But I haven't tested it in year 2022.

Update: it seems Micron only allow its linux version to be downloaded without an account:

Did you ever figure anything out? I have a Micron 9200 that slowly increases error counts siting 99% idle.

I have firmware version 101008R0 but it seems that 101008T0 exists as of 2020 according to PCN 33675.

No, could never find it. Does yours fill the error log with successful completion commands like the following also?
