Wow nice! Wish I knew that you were looking for those.

BTW what kind of applications are you running at the colo?

You have piqued my curiosity, why is that?
Vsphere 5.1 cluster, custom Web 2.0 .Net applications for our customers. We do all our development in house. 6 IIS Webservers, 6 SQL Servers for the apps which are a tad heavy.

I bought a bunch (well less than you) of 16GB DIMMs in anticipating that I would use them in the colo infrastructure. Ended up going with the LGA 1366 machines that can only use up to 8GB RDIMMs and not 1600MHz DDR3.

On the colo side, only because I'm looking at other infrastructures before doing ours.
