MegaRAID M5015 - How to use non IBM drives?

Hello STH community

I got a M5015 RAID Controller out of an IBM M3 Server and I wanted to use it at home with unRAID.
I already flashed the controller by following this tutorial: https://www.servethehome.com/flash-ibm-serveraid-m5014-lsi-92608i-firmware/ because I know both cards are similar.
Flashing worked fine and without any problems The only thing is that I can't use any other drives then the IBM drives... When I try to make a Virtual Drive with non-IBM drives it fails but with IBM drives it works like it should.
I tried the 0102_lsi.rom and the 0048_sun.rom from the sas2018 folder of the LiveCD but there's no difference...

Maybe someone knows what I've to do to be able to use non-IBM drives

I think that's my problem... Gonna test that and report if it worked for me

So when you boot, how does the card appear.. IBM or Avago LSI?
What OS are you using?

No OS so far... I just wasn't able to configure a RAID with those HDDs that I got but after I followed the tutorial it worked for me
The block size was 520 instead of 512
