master password for Intel 320 SSD

Hi All,

I have an Intel 320 SSD that I messed up the hd ata password with a lenovo t420 and lenovo t430 laptop. It asks for the password and I have tried what I thought I used and it will not work. Is there a master password or a way to remove all settings so I can start over?

You probably need to remove the password with a ThinkPad. You've tried it in the unit where the password was set, and it's not accepting the password?

The thinkpad had the password set via hdparm in a linux rescue cd OS. I also can't recall if TPM was enable or disabled and I have two laptops... it seems like there is software that can repair it but it is pricey
