Hello,
I have several Supermicro X10SDV based builds which I want to use with Samsung PM983 on their onboard M.2 slot. This slot only fits for 2280 SSDs so does anybody know an adapter which would kind of extend the 2280 to 22110? Tried to search the web and Chinese sites like alibaba but did not find anything.

In any normal chassis, that adapter isn't going to work. Assuming it even clears the VGA port, it will protrude beyond the rear of the board where the IO is.

Thanks, I always wonder how you guys discover such items at AliExpress. For me their search function seems always kinda broken
Shouldn’t the the „R44SF“ one be good enough? Both board and NVME are pcie gen3?

I mentioned the "R44SF-4.0" because that one specifically has support for 22110 length that the other one doesn't.
