Too good to be true? Why are these cards so cheap? China counterfeit? Even for being used, they are way cheaper then other sellers.

I missed the other LSI Internet 12G SAS hba's, you said they were selling cheaper then this? The external models normally sell for a bit more.

No - internal ones were significantly cheaper, I believe there were no external deals recently

They wouldn't go under 130/ea for me in qty of 4

I've been getting these for 100-125 6-12mo ago, and the others 60-80 (Internal) recently.
$80 to $115 is still a deal for these to me, obviously cheaper is much greater deal
