It was $40 for me, but I got a pack last month from this seller + listing, in great condition, packed two per antistatic bag and bubble wrapped.

They got cisco trays at 20pack for 40$ also, even in lots like that they are usualy 5-8$/ea.

Id just guess its the account of a job training type program/company.
They are often not profit focused and got pretty much zero cost on time spent.

So they will test/clean/pack stuff others would not spend time on and then price it out of thin air.

We have used a simular company as third party warehouse.
Their goal is to work on showing up on time etc not profit, so they charge below cost and are just happy to have stuff for them to pack.
