You call support of the company you purchased your solution from and go through their support system and get it replaced by a qualified engineer. Of course you would have a service agreement with said company. Of course you would never let a support contract lapse and be running your production environment on end of support hardware. It makes no sense as to why they wouldn't sell the part. What if someone has the server/chassis with that part, it breaks, and they need a replacement?
That's just a very weird spiel. Why would I have a support contract for my personal server? Just very weird. You call support of the company you purchased your solution from and go through their support system and get it replaced by a qualified engineer. Don't have a support contract for your enterprise hardware? That's terrible to hear but we all understand mistakes happen. Sales will be in touch to assist you with your emergency so you can purchase a new solution to get your production system up and running as soon as possible. This will of course require a custom scope of work but at this point money is no object to ensure you get production environment back online!
Sorry I can rephrase. That's just a very weird spiel. Why would I have a support contract for my personal server? Just very weird.
Not sorry, I can parse phrases just fine. Any time I've contacted their support, they've given just perfect effort into helping me. Probably because I bought their hardware. If what you said was true, they wouldn't have an e-store, nor would they quote directly. They'd be a distributor-only type of sales model. You seem to be thinking of Dell, HP, IBM, etc.Sorry I can rephrase.
You are not the target audience for this hardware. These companies do not care about supporting your needs.
Every one of these companies has an e-store though? Doesn't mean you can just buy any part you want from them though. Not sorry, I can parse phrases just fine. Could you DM me that vendor and the link?If anyone wants to order this part it is $639 + shipping in the US. I will DM you the vendor name in case they are not allowed to sell individually.
