Looking for Raid or HBA card after I broke my p420

Recently after fiddling with my dl380e g8 server I stupidly have reinserted hp raid p420 card mid way into pcie port and I broke the card. I don`t want to purchase the same card as it cost almost double price as the server. What can I buy instead? I have 12LFF hdd chassi installed, but I wont be even using half of the capacity. I think maximum 4 regular drives. Any ideas?

If you are looking for HBA, look for HP H220. I think the seller accepted <40 when I posted the deal couple of months ago. They still have some left. If you are looking for actual RAID card, I don't have much experience.

I've purchased LSI 9217-8i, similar specs to h 220 and so far it works perfectly. No need for raid with 3 drives anyway.
