lenovo p340 with p1000 and p360 with t400 both stop displaying 4k

hi been dealing with this issue for 5 days i have this tiny pc one ws in my office with 3 monitors displaying 4k via hdmi (p340) so i got a p360 to put in my office and moved the p340 to my living room did a fresh install of win11 multiple times myself nvidia and Lenovo tech tried 3 different cables and mini displayport adapters i had no 4k locked at 1080p60 and below both pc in different monitors and tv and nothing so i got my ThinkPad and output 4k right away no tv and monitor are good did a driver updes nothing rolled back driver still driver straight from Lenovo Nvidia remote my pc and did a clean driver update and still no 4k so they said they where gonna send me a new gpu but why would my office pc also lose 4k at the same time.
