The company I work for wants to convert our VMware vdi hosts to hyper-v. This would be 2000 hosts. Has anyone seen hyper-v scale anywhere near this size?

Hyper-V at 2000 hosts is not going to be the biggest ever (by far). I would really call the MS rep tho. MS is eager to displace VMware installations.
I hope theres a tool that'll just migrate those for you.. damn the workload you'll be having to manually convert.
Yup scales easily. Premier should have some offerings to help out as well if you have a support contract and MCS has offerings if you want a project.
SCVMM isn't the VM migration tool anymore, it'd be MVMC... Though if you're doing VDIs you may be better off deploying new.
MDT is a good host migration option as well if you don't have SCCM and it's free.
