So I just won a juniper ex4300 on eBay and am wondering if anyone knows if qsfp to 4x sfp+ cables work on its qsfp ports since I am assuming that the one I am getting does not come with the 10gb expansion card

According to Juniper, Each EX4300 supports four standard 40GbE QSFP+ ports which can support high-speed Virtual Chassis backplane connections or serve as uplinks to upstream aggregation devices (note that the 40GbE ports cannot be split into 4x10GbE ports).

Damn missed that oh well will just have to use a qsfp to sfp adapter to uplink to one of my 10g switches for now until I can find the 10gbe card for a decent price
