ISO: Small switch with 2-4 SFP+ ports and POE+

TP-Link TL-SG3210XHP-M2 is $399 on Amazon. 2xSFP+10gbe + 8 rj45 POE+. 240 watts total power budget. Web managed. Bonus points for 2.5g on all the POE+ ports.
I had to make a move so I went as cheap as I could find and bought a Zyxel XGS1010-12 for $149, and a $29 TRENDnet PoE+ injector.
No PoE and it's just a dumb unmanaged switch, but it took me less than 5 minutes to plug it in and replace one of my EX2300C's
On the plus side it has 8 x RJ-45 1G ports, 2 x RJ-45 2.5G ports, and 2 x SFP+ 10G ports.
I'm still looking for another compact switch that needs to have 4 SFP+ 10G ports.
Unless something better surfaces, it'll probably be another CRS305 or CRS309
