Is $40 for used Ubiquity ToughSwitch TS-5-POE a good deal?

As in title, there is someone in my local city is selling this used switch but it looks like this model is no longer available on Ubnt website. I don't know its original price and this 'Getting started' PDF is only thing I could find:

PoE, 5 ports GbE, manageable.

Currently I'm looking for a cheap switch for few outdoor camera, but not sure if this used switch worth that money.

I believe those are 24V passive PoE only. Make sure your cameras work with that. Not a bad deal if you have passive PoE stuff, but there seems to be a general trend to 48V 802.3af/at PoE.
